Happy Thanksgiving!

Some of us took a break from studying and went out for turkey dinner at the nearby cafe. I don't care if it was a frozen sysco butterball gobbler, canned cranberries and stuffing from a box... it tasted amazing. I've had enough  pinapple, bananas and "shack food" to last me a lifetime. It was time for a good ole American Thanksgiving. And there is something about sitting around with a group of people that you care about and taking time to appreciate the little things.

These are my little neighbors that wake me up every morning bright and early. Actually, they abruptly woke me up yesterday just before 5am and I started having vindictive thoughts of pardoning one of them and cooking "turkey" dinner at my house.
